Description
Google Classroom use in the primary grade is so much fun! Grab your laptops, Chromebooks and iPads and dive into the world of Google Classroom. My primary students love using paperless resources to become even more engaged in our daily learning. If you don’t have technology for your students yet, you can still use this resource. Open this Google Slides resource on your computer, project it on your board and use whole group or for student use during independent time.
This resource focuses on identifying beginning sounds. It includes 128 slides. Included you will find a full answer key, full slide with all 128 images and 8 sets with the images divided up with 16 images in each. Students will move the correct letter under the picture to match the beginning sound. Each letter included 5 images except for the letter x which only has 3. You create a copy of the full set and then create specific sets for your students for differentiation.
This set is included in the Techy in Primary Growing Bundle. Grab it and other Google resources at a bundled discounted price.
Students can turn in their work through Google Classroom. Included in your download, is a link to a How to Get Started on Google Classroom video walk-through. I will show you how to quickly create a classroom, add your students, and how to assign resources to your students.
An answer key is also included for teacher viewing only. This helps when you’re unsure what a word is. The correct letter is under the picture. I have also typed the image’s name in the speaker’s note section on every slide in the answer key.
You need a Google account and Google Classroom to use this as described. If you do not have Google Classroom, it can still be used whole group in Google Slides. Please watch the How to Get Started video link above if you need help getting started.
